CoreCapital Invests in DK Maritime to Strengthen Offshore Wind and Subsea Services Portfolio

CoreCapital, a Danish investment fund dedicated to supporting specialized suppliers in the green energy transition, announces its investment in DK Maritime, a leading nearshore specialist and provider of offshore services for wind farm and subsea cable projects. The investment is made in partnership with the company’s current owners, Daniel Pagh and Jeppe Lyst, who will continue in their current roles.

 

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Esbjerg, Denmark, DK Maritime has rapidly established itself as a trusted partner in the offshore industry. The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including subsea surveys, cable landfall and shore-end operations, subsea trenching, ROV services, and complex offshore constructions. With projects across Europe, West Africa, Asia, South America, and the U.S., DK Maritime is globally recognized for its reliability, safety focus, and execution power.
